Almost 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only 2 customers ahead of me. Ordered a Classic Beef and was informed they were “out of sauce” when I finally got my order. This was my 1st time here in about 6 months because of a bad experience last time. I won’t make this mistake again.

Delicious as always, great staff at this location, and a clean restaurant. Kudos to management at this location for doing a great job when so many places are understaffed. The 4-stars for food was simply that there wasn’t as much as usual, as is the way with inflation. From a former service worker, I can’t say thank you enough with a smile because that really made my day when I made customers happy…and that part’s free!

I recently placed an order at the drive thru at my local location. We have a Vegan/ Pescatarian family with special requests on our items as most people do. Everything we requested was incorrect and the location is 30 min from my residence, I have been calling repeatedly since we realized the error, but no one EVER ANSWERS!!! I am a huge fan of Arby’s and honestly w don’t want a refund. I like my food items remade correctly so that my entire family can continue to dine at Arby’s!!

Horrible experience. When they screw up 3 times in a month with 3 different crews… that’s unacceptable. I blame management and corporate will be hearing from me on monday. The health administration will be hearing from me also. I have pictures of the filth and my family also witnessed hearing the staff telling eachother how they don’t care about their jobs, and they can’t wait to go home because they don’t work tomorrow. It was so cold my face was frozen, my meal was cold by the time I got it, and my fingers were freezing. My father had to wear his jacket and his hood up the whole time. The fries they gave us? What fries…. there were like 3 fries with a bunch of pieces in the bottom. The medium was half full and the small was almost Non existent. I walked back up and asked for a large fry which looked horrible in the end. Who wants to expect “curley fries” and get a bunch of mini pieces. Will never ever be back here again. Hopefully they get reamed by corporate and the health administration. Disgusting.

Not a good experience. We had decent customer service from the two young ladies up front but our food was cold, our fries were stale and cold as well. One of the gentlemen who ordered fries came back in for a fresh set and the young African American lady had an attitude. I’m disappointed that someone would give us an attitude when we purchased food and just wanted a fresh meal after traveling all day. Hope things get better.
