I went through drive through, the person who serviced me was very nice! I got fish strip meal , when I opened the box I got the shock of my life, over cooked curly fries that was rubbery, Luke warm fish strips, the food is horrible! I threw it in the garbage, called the restaurant no one answered the phone

I was disappointed in the Ruben their was very little food on the bread, definitely would not get this item again. Please do better with the amount of food you put on the bread it definitely did not look like the picture on the menu and it was one of the worst Ruben I have ever had.

Around 10 o’clock March, 19 2023 I went through drive-through an order of beef and cheddar meal the girl that was taking my order had a nasty attitude when I got my food I didn’t get the right fries ask for curly fries. then she asked me to pull up when she gave me the bag and I tasted the curly fries seem like they were refried over and I had to throw all my food away. Arby’s should just get rid of the franchise because nothing is never right at any of them. I would never spend any money at any Arby’s ever again.
