Went for breakfast around 5:30 AM, easily the best option in the southwest gates. The line at McDonald’s was barely moving while arbys had a short one and people quickly got their food. Staff were kind and food was hot and fresh.

The supervisor at this location needs a refresher on courtesy. Placed my order and waited 10 minutes to be told they ran out of roast beef. And 10 minutes was with only 2 people in front of me. Was offered a smaller different sandwich and no attempt to make up for the price difference. Then they ran out of condiments and personal preference, I can’t eat this much food now. So I asked for my money back. Attitude lady comes out and sarcastically tells me thank you. Uh, you did not do me a favor by giving me my money back. You didn’t have what I wanted, so I should get my money back. There are no signs that say all sales final. Nobody said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. If they had, I would say thank you. DO BETTER. Especially when I walk 10 feet over to McDonald’s and greeted very nicely and thanks both after paying and when giving me the food.

I had a hard day, these sweet girls behind the counter told me they were out of crinkle cuts fries, and I had just left a diner down the way for terrible food, I was just put out. They somehow made me smile, they had my food ready, everything was A+++++ and they were just too sweet to me for me to be cross about it. I’ll always try to understand, and the gal at the register, just adorable. Your business owner should be proud of you all, I’m sure you have to be a hard worker to be hired and to stay there longer than a few days. I told them I was gonna put in a good word for them. Arby’s CAN get 5 stars!

We had never had Arby’s breakfast before, and although the bacon, egg and hasbrowns were good, the biscuit was raw and inedible. I would skip them for breakfast and wait in the longer line at McDonalds.

Wanted to try the new fish sandwich with some curly fries so I ordered it and from walking from the restaurant to my gate when I sat down my food was cold I took it back and let them know was cold the Lady replied OH LORD THEN GOT THE MANAGER and instead of them giving me some FRESH FRESH FOOD they gave me my money back as if I was a problem for my complaint. It was very poor service from the beginning When I came to the line no one greeted me they just stood there until I asked was I next and very terrible attitude towards my being unsatisfied about the cold food all I wanted was my meal to be hot I’ve been flying all day and haven’t eaten all day and now I have nothing to eat thanks a lot for the experience in Baltimore airport at Arby’s I’m not a happy camper and still hungry

I was looking for dinner on my way before a flight, and was very impressed. I ended up getting nuggets and they were very well cooked. Also a very very very cheap price in comparison to other meal options in the airport. I was very impressed with the customer service, and unfortunately I could only catch one of their names, but I think it was Carlos. He did a very above and beyond job and for a place located in the airport, one of the best airport foods.
