UPDATE 2022: Arby’s has really stepped up their game. The service is great, and the food is even better. The whole attitude of the place has changed for the better. I’m not sure what changed, but I sure am glad it did. This has become my go-to lunch place in town!

I ordered two chicken sliders. I got a chicken pattie cut in half and each half was put on a small roll. That is not a chicken slider. I didn’t check out my bag until I got home – I would have brought it right back. Next time I will check if there is a NEXT time.

Food was blah.. they weren’t able to give me a receipt because they said their machine doesn’t print them and they would have to call corporate to request a receipt and that would take a while. Craziest story I ever heard.. idk. they offer a cash back reward on Upside but you need the receipt to obtain the cash back so I feel that is a gimmick to get you in the door.

Another case of either laziness or terrible management – lobby closed. Drive through was an agonizing experience of waiting for 10 minutes behind 2 other cars. Super friendly staff bumped this to 3 stars. No horsey sauce in our bag brought it back down to 2 stars.
