Gotta give a shout out to this particular Arby’s! We stopped here while traveling and had the best experience. This was our first time eating at this location. There wasn’t anything about it that wasn’t fantastic! Cameron waited on us at the register and got our food together. Can I just say he was outstanding? He displayed so many amazing qualities while waiting on us that we were totally blown away by the service he gave us. As a business, you always want someone amazing to be the first person your customers see and interact with. Cameron definitely fits that bill. He was incredibly friendly, polite, outgoing, cheerful, very interactive with customers and his coworkers, extremely thorough in taking our order and getting everything together, very engaged in his work, and just an exceptional human being overall. He also made us aware of special offers that might be advantageous to us. In addition we noticed that the trio working there that day worked incredibly well together and seemed to all really be enjoying their job, all things we like to see when we patronize an establishment. And lastly, thanks Cameron for grabbing me some salt for my food since you were out of the little packets. It would have been very bland without it. I greatly appreciate you going the extra mile to make our experience a 5 star experience. 10 out of 10 recommend this Arby’s. Ask for Cameron when you go. He’ll give you exceptional service.

Wanted to recognize the gentleman working the drive thru on 8/15/23 at noon. I go thru this drive thru often and it is always a pleasure because his customer service is awesome. He always has a smile on his face and really seems to enjoy his job, which is a rarity these days. Also, he always tops off the experience with have a “blessed day” which is very uplifting. The food is always great and my order is always perfect as well. 5 Star+++ experience, thanks again!

15 minutes in line for 3 sandwiches and 1 fry. Two vehicles left while we were waiting the one ahead of us and one behind. We were only second in line to the speaker, so it wasn’t crazy busy. Thought I would try the new fish sandwich. No lettuce no tarter just some fishy fish. The fries were piping hot so there’s that. The other 2 sandwiches were as they should be but we’ll never go back.

The people are friendly and some of the food was ok. I ordered a chicken wrap and the whole thing was just cold and hard and the wrap was stale. I expected the chicken to be warmed, but I guess I should have asked. But we enjoyed their loaded chicken fries.

28OCT.2021 I stopped in here real quick(don’t usual eat fast food)and my service at the drive they was rarely descent considering they had just opened for the morning(10:32a.m.)and my wait was only 5 minutes. I see why because my roast beef looks sketchy and not hot.

Note that older customers (I’m not sure of the exact age requirement) can order a senior soft drink for $1 — that combined with the 2 for $7 deal makes for an inexpensive meal.

The only reason i have picked arbys in the past was their healthy salads and thereclean restaurants. They no longer have salads and thier restaurant is not clean. I also overherd other customers saying thier food looked disgusting.
