I don’t usually go to Arby’s, but I enjoyed the hushpuppy fish sticks when I had them, and wanted my fiance to try them. We ordered the 5 piece meal, with curly fries substituted for the others, paid our $12.90 that the meal is, and got our food.. when we opened it after pulling away, there was 4 fish sticks and literally 10 curly fries.. I made my fiance turn around to go back, to which I went in.. I did not even have a chance to explain my situation before a pregnant girl who worked there apparently already knew what I was missing, to which she replied, “That was my bad.” And had my other fish stick surprisingly already ready and next to the fryer, by itself, in a singular fry box. Little weird and confusing, but I’ll let that coincidence go.. however, the surprise came when I asked why there are barely any fries and she stated “per policy, that’s all that they can put in there.” LOL. I asked if they count them, and she said YES.. so i then asked how it was possible to miscount 5 fish sticks, when she had to count higher than that for fries!? Wasn’t being smart, just generally asking, to which i received a dirty look and my other fish stick shoved at me and an okay.., and i told her, “Thanks, however, this is basic math”.

Shout-out to the staff at this hard-working Arby’s. We arrived about 1:30 PM on a holiday weekend (Saturday); a tour bus had just arrived on top of the extra holiday visitors. The store was slammed; the line was maybe thirty people long.

Over $17 for a burger and fries and shake is ridiculous, I didn’t get a receipt so I may have been overcharged. The “diablo” fries themselves were clumped up way over to the side with barely any cheese on them, both that and the burger were barely warm. To top it all off, a lady yelled at me over the speakers when I was asking about the difference in sizes for the foods and was confused about them, I called her out on it politely and her response was “you haven’t heard me when I’m yelling”. I can’t say I’m very surprised because it seems like the attitude from this store half the time is rude or apathetic, but I’ve never been yelled at here and I probably won’t be coming back. For paying $17 I got about a $5 experience basically. However, the young lady with glasses who gave me my order up front was kind, the other lady over the intercom, not so much.
