Food ok, the service is very slow as if not enough staff. I paid way to much for the food. I have been looking at the other reviews and people are saying the same. The owner responds to the reviews; however that does not seen enough if nothing changes. What about offering a coupon for a free sandwich? People pay a lot of money for dissatisfaction.

The Roast Beef and Turkey Reubens are wonderful. Curly fries are good but would be better with a little less spice. The crinkle fries were quite salty, I hope they aren’t always like this. Treat yourself to a small Jamocha shake, it’s really good! Drive thru staff are pleasant and fast. There is plenty of room to park and eat in the car if you prefer.

This Arby’s in Chesapeake is like the rest of the Arby’s and that’s NOT a bad thing. The food is better than your standard fast food burger place. There’s more selection, higher quality and more variety. They offer roast beef, Reuven’s, burger, and more. Could be a little expensive but the. again all fast food has gone way up

There was a line when we arrived. Our sandwiches were ready but we were waiting on a fry. I asked for our sandwiches do they did not get cold. They brought our fries to us. We like it when they have our sandwiches on sale. We had not been back in a while so we paid full price.

OK, so today was the 3rd time I’ve visited this restaurant as my mom has been in the hospital across the street. It is HORRIFIC. Every time I’ve gone there, I’ve waited at LEAST 15 minutes for my order, and today was the last straw. I ordered a simple chocolate milkshake. That was it. And again, the drive thru wait was about 15 minutes. I got to the window, paid the nearly 4 DOLLARS it cost, and was handed a soupy, sloppy looking milkshake in a tiny cup. The guy in the window only said “sorry, I’m out of whipped cream”. My mom didn’t even drink it because she said it was nasty and watery. As someone who has spent many years in restaurant management, it is 100% UNACCEPTABLE to serve a customer something of such low quality. Never will i return to this location.

I went in today after 4:00 pm and ordered a medium Jamocha shake and a mozzarella sticks snack. Before I could put the receipt in my purse my name was called that my order was ready. Since I’d gotten cold mozzarella before, I asked if these had just been sitting out or if they’d just been cooked. I was told they hadn’t been sitting out. I knew better because there wouldn’t have been enough time to prepare them. I was 5 minutes away before I could try them. They were mildly warm on the outside and not melted on the inside. Not only that, I got a vanilla shake, not jamocha.

This location had mice all around the building as I was approaching the window of the drive-through line, dead and alive! Of course, my instant thought was if they were outside, they were inside, and that is unsanitary and just nasty! I told the employee who came out to my car to bring my order that there was a dead mouse near the end of the sidewalk if the drive through window and his response was, ” I don’t have nothing to with that”. Unprofessional at its best!

Whenever I see Robert Payne at work my food is HOT and FRESH ! When I hear his voice at the drive thru I get excited because I know my food going to hit !
