As far as the food, they have there days. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. The main issue here is the tall mixed/white man. He acts very racist. He always have an attitude and have his face frowned. He never opens his mouth to speak or anything when dealing with blacks. I never feel welcomed when I go there. I’ve been to this location over 15 times and I spend money & it’s the same results. I also went to check to make sure all of my food was in the bag before driving off and he was standing there angry shaking his head like I done something to him. He have one more time and I will be reporting him & the restaurant. Very unprofessional

The woman who took our order wasn’t friendly, nor could you understand what she was saying. The Coke fountain sodas were out. I reported it. They weren’t concerned, or did anyone change it while we were there. I went to get ketchup for my fries, the canister was empty. Fries weren’t done, and the food was warm, not hot. I love Arby’s, and this experience usually isn’t the norm. I was disappointed in my visit.

The staff was super friendly!! The inside of the restaurant has been done very nicely with wood trim everywhere and it was also very nice and clean. The food was pretty good and enjoyable. A lady name Kenya took my order and was so professional and courteous and very helpful! If more fast food restaurants had workers like her they would definitely get more business. I will definitely be back to eat at this place.

Saw the advertisement for the Wagyu Steakhouse burger. Never knew they were doing burgers at Arby’s, so decided to try it. Apparently it’s new. I haven’t even seen a commercial for it yet. I guess they are keeping it on the down low, ha ha ha.

I went to Arby’s in the Kempsriver shopping area and felt the service, lamb gyros and shake was outstanding! Brayden and Ms. Rawls were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I’m glad I chose to go inside the restaurant for my takeout order as opposed to the drive thru. I used coupons and saved as well. The lamb gyros were priced $6 for 2 of them and my shake was $1. I couldn’t remember the name of the flavor but it’s something like jocamo and was described as coffee flavored. I left feeling as tho I had tasty bargains. The gyros has fresh tomato slices and lettuce. My favorite part is the sauce so I asked for extra. I look forward to doing the survey on the receipt in hopes of the 2 great employees that I had the pleasure of receiving service from, are recognized. I look forward to going back to try the new Wagyu burger or the Rueben sandwich. I was stationed in Okinawa while in the Marines and fell in love with Kobe beef…the new burgers are supposed to be made from beef treated the same as Kobe beef.
