Hadn’t had Arby’s in a long time decided to go as they are opened after 9pm. What a waste of time and money. If I remember they used to carry Pepsi products not any more. Wanted to get meal and milkshake. Well sign stated unavailable. Also had to tell them lights was off on sign, shows no one come there often. Still got meal asked for curly fries because that’s the only way to go. Omg they was luke warm at best and I had already drove off, not worth turning around. But the sandwich just look at the picture bread burnt, toasted hard? I don’t know how they are still in business. They won’t get any more of my business.

I was looking for a good meal today, and got totally the opposite. I got 3 sandwiches that were not tasty at all, the curly fries were cold, and the sweet tea mix lemonade taste like sugar water. I don’t think I will go back again. Use to be a good spot to eat. Wasted my money today.

If I cld give -5 Stars I wld! Arby’s used to be our fav place at Harbour View to get a yummy lunch. The last 2 times, the service was terrible and the food so so. The staff congregates on the back and customers have to wait. I asked for utensils and it took the girl 5 min to get them for me. She had them in her hand and started chatting with another staff member who just got there apparently. Instead of just handing me the fork, she ignored me standing there, and “finished” her conversation first. Rude, made me feel uncomfortable even being there. We won’t visit again

First time ordering the new FISH SANDWICH and I would order it again! I’m usually a straight ROAST BEEF sandwich eater at Arby’s, but this one and the Market Sandwiches do not disappoint!! The ONLY thing that DOES disappoint me is NOT HAVING MY POTATO CAKES….BRING’EM BAAAACK, BRING’EM BACK FOR ME!!

Worst meal ever. Ordered online and meal was not ready. Curly fries were not curly but in sticks. Mixed with crinkle fries. Under the lamp for hours and hard. French dip was cold too..

First of all we placed an online order and they took forever. Tell us at the last minute they don’t have curly fries. Okay get the order, the order is wrong. The sandwiches don’t have cheese. I call the store and The so called Manager at this particular location on night duty is very rude and ignorant. We paid $37 for our order and it wasn’t right. Instead of the so called manager on duty resolving the issue. She kept hanging up the phone. Asking me what I want her to do? Whoa! Finally after having to call multiple times from being hung up on, she Offered to replace my meal then said they were closed. Who has time for games when you paid your money? Yeah, I was frustrated because it was the end of the night and the food was thrown together. Please teach your employees to empathize and take ownership when wrong. Not hang up on the customer or not resolve the issue. Maybe your company should reconsider who you put in a leader position if they are going to make your business and brand look bad. If your ordered something and it was all messed up, you would be upset too. What happened to great customer service? I am so disappointed. This one on night shift has none.

Terrible service! After waiting almost 5 min for 3 deluxe fish and one crispy, only 2 deluxe and one crispy we’re in the bag when I got home. I forgot to check because they weren’t very busy and since I had to wait I figured it’d be correct. Fries we’re cold and old. Did I say they were terrible? I’ll never go there again.

As always, the food was good. We went through the drive thru. We ordered a regular roast beef sandwich, fish sandwich, curly fries, and peach lemonade. The food was fresh and hot. The server was okay. She wasn’t too friendly, but that’s typical these days.
