This restaurant was the dirtiest I’ve walked into. The food was bare minimum! The fountain drinks are dirty there is dirt coming out into the cups. Cook is walking from front end touching counters with gloves on going back into the back to cook food WITHOUT changing gloves. They were not friendly did not care about the customers at all.

This location has something going on. Everytime we are its ridiculous! First time was giving wrong food and you could tell the worker was on something, management came up to help and she still was trying to hand out the same (wrong) food. Next time we are there they are yelling across the kitchen as we are in drive thru asking us what we had. And then messed it up 3 times after this. I mean you can’t make this up, it’s ridiculous you need to drug test your help and I’m not even against all drugs but come on limit it people.

They need to hire some people who actually know what they are doing. This is 3 times in a row that something has been missing from my order. I understand that restaurants get rush periods and that everyone makes mistakes but it’s literally written out for them. I rarely had this issue out of the one in Salem when I lived in salem. The staff was under staff but I didn’t mind waiting the lady was very nice and was waiting at the drive thru and she saw that I had my grand puppy with me so she asked if he wanted a pup cup since we had to wait for a long time in the drive thru. I said yes cause he would have loved it. His name is Jax. Thank you for letting me share my experience with you.

I love Arby’s food. It is pretty hard to mess up. The staff seemed a little disorganized. It took a while to get our order taken, then it was slow coming out of the kitchen. The associate that was working the front counter had to go back to the kitchen to push our order through which left no one up front to take the next order.

Would never go back to this particular Arby’s near the airport in Roanoke, VA. Things were fine, food ordered, drinks drawn, and decided on a table, but that is where things get dicey. The items set out for the customers to get were spotty: no salt, no drink cup tops, no sweetener for the tea, no containers for ketchup or Arby’s sauce… well, you get the idea. Something sticky had been spilled on the floor and had apparently been there for a good while, as it had been tracked all over the floor. And as we were leaving, I saw that ice cream had been dripping from the milk shake machine, apparently all day, as there was quite an accumulation on the cup holder tray and down the machine on to a puddle on the floor.

Got to drive thru at 9:48am on Saturday morning, 4/1/23. Sat there 5 minutes then discovered they don’t open until 10. Parked, tried to go inside at 10:01am. Door locked. Stood at door 5 minutes. No one came to open door. Could see employees inside. Left Arby’s and went to McDonald’s. Poor customer service.
