Took longer than expected to receive our food. My wife’s wrap wasn’t prepared as ordered and only had 1 piece of meat. My sandwich was prepared properly, but the lack of fries in the cup was frustrating. Overall we will probably not use this restaurant again.

We literally were the only people in this restaurant and somehow it took OVER an hour to get our food which was a burger, curly fries and chicken bites. That’s it. Over an hour… only people there…. Not lying. Not exaggerating. They weren’t even apologetic. The worst crew ever.

I really like Arby’s but it been disappointing visits lately. Last time our gyro was made so poorly. Bread not in one piece. Someone had ripped it so every bite squirted out. This visit…the grease need changed so bad. They are turning out brown nasty fries. The meat on the French dip was all in one lump in the middle. Make it like ur going to eat it! It like no one here has ever worked fast food! Wish there were another Arby’s close. The fries are dark heavy and greasy. Old oil.

The new burgers they have are out of this world! Best fast food burger hands down! The employees at this location always put the food together perfectly and ratios are always spot on. They’re always nice and work quickly. Arby’s is a little expensive but these burgers are totally worth it and so is the service!

You can order a sandwich and u might get it, or you might get a wrap. Order a salad, you might get silverware or maybe not. They haven’t got my order right in over a year. I’ve thought about ordering the wrong thing so I might actually get what I really want
