Fast food places need to start giving out a reading and counting test to the employees. Ordered a large jalapenos bit, and you only put five, which is a small. Also, i had to ask for the fries, which were on the order but you just didn’t put in because you didn’t want to read the order tickets.

Lady serving us was a delight. Got our order correct and was friendly. What was disappointing was paying for and receiving old fries,prob from middle of the night , frustrating , wouldn’t think to ask for fresh. Couldn’t turn around. Pls make fresh fries ☺️

I rated this location a 3 even though I was unable to order anything because their computer was down. I’ve been here many times before because there aren’t very many options in Bastian or the surrounding area. Too often there’s something going on. There might not be enough employees so they shut down the drive thru or because of staffing, you have a long wait. We like the food. They need to focus on getting staffed properly.

We stopped on our way down I77 in Virginia. It was a Sunday afternoon about 1:30-1:45. The place was packed, and the line was long. Then their computer went down. Cue about a five minute wait for it to reboot. The young lady working the register was frustrated but dealt with it well.

This Arby’s was my favorite until the last few months. They did away with the corned beef slider even though they still have corned beef on the menu. Then this week, they reduced the size of the sliders they have, and their ice tea is extremely weak now.

Attached to the truckstop. Truckstop doesn’t have seating, she said go to Arby’s. So I bought a classic roast beef and sat down and ate some of it. It was very good sandwich.
