The manager, Lisa, is amazing!!!! She is welcoming, serviceable and kind! We saw her pay for a customer’s order who was coming up short!!!! As we dined, she was out on the floor sweeping! She stopped and chatted with customer’s and offered help. Great food, atmosphere and service here!!!!

So me and my family were going to dinner and I spent $40 something and my brother spent $40 something. While we were ordering the workers were just hanging out in the back and when we paid had to wait 30-45 minutes for our food. I went in and tried to inquire about our food and the manager just yells at me about “we making it.” I understand you are making it but come on letting us know what’s going on and watching people who ordered like 10-15 minutes after us get their food and drive off. We waited n waited and finally they came out and still messed up my order. It’s not hard to do the job I get rushes happen and you try to relax but don’t yell at the customers nor should you not let people know what’s going on. I’ll be calling up the next day and speaking with the store manager because I’m extremely disappointed in the one fast food place that’s really good. I love my Reuben here but that manager has really irritated me and my family.

I came for lunch thru drive thru. My meal was the Crispy Chicken Wrap with crinkle fries. First of all the fries were not all that hot. 2nd the wrap had all of the chicken at one end if it none at all at the other end. For a $13.00 meal you would expect a whole lot better.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT! Tried inside and couldn’t get served. Woman behind counter had NO CLUE. Line was out the door. Decided to do drive-thru. Did not get what we ordered. Fries were burned to a crisp and got half of a serving. NEVER AGAIN. wasting your money.

So, at first I had no problem with this Arbys, only went a couple of times and then I went last week and tried to get 2 jalapeño roast beef sliders with nacho cheese instead of Swiss, was very specific, no Swiss. Well I got the sliders, got back to my office, and they were the regular sliders (with Swiss!) with a side container of nacho cheese. I went back to correct my order, got back to the office AGAIN (I know, I should’ve checked before I left), and now I had jalapeño sliders with nacho cheese, and NO jalapeños. So, wrong again, this time I called and spoke with Jaquan, he wrote my name down for free sliders next time I came due to the trouble. I went back today to get my free sliders, well they finally got them right, BUT, now there was HAIR in the nacho cheese. The only reason this review is 2 star instead of 1 is because some of the staff really did seem to try and help the situation, but I still will not be going back here again.
