Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Slowest workers ever. People ordered behind us in drive thru finally gave up waiting and pulled off. Our order was completely wrong, but we were starving and ate it anyways. Won’t go there again.

I’m fairly sure most people already know what kind of food Arby’s provides & what it tastes like, so I’m not mentioning the food except to say it was good. We’ve found from previous visits that this Arby’s at Nitro Marketplace is consistently top notch…not all locations are. What I really want to review is what happened with the drive-thru window staff.

Staff was slow, self-absorbed, and rude, but the food was good. 2 cashiers and the manager walked over to the register a couple of times and then spent several minutes at the register before any of them bothered to acknowledge we were standing there waiting to order. I was about to tell my husband we should leave and go somewhere else. Then the manager started mopping the floors and slamming chairs around us while we were eating and boxed us into a small portion of the seating area while everyone else was sitting in a different part. (It wasn’t blocked off when I went and sat down, or I wouldn’t have sat there. I’m not sure what the issue was.)

I had a double roast beef with Swiss added (extra cheese), curly fries, and drink. They forgot the extra cheese which I went back up and got. Everything tasted great and hit the spot. I love that I can get curly fries there.

Worst arbys I’ve ever been to. Can’t get anyone to take your order. Finally got our food ordered in drive thru and waited almost 15 mins behind a car that had already been waiting at the window. We just left without the food. Service at this location is a joke- that’s not funny.
