So…for a fast food restaurant burger this Waygu Bacon Ranch Steakhouse burger is actually really delicious…cooked still pink in the middle and fresh lettuce, tomatoes and red onions makes for a tastier burger than you can buy at any other fast food place and most other restaurants as well…Great crinkle city fries and I love…love…love the Horseradish sauce…it’s even good on the fries…LOL…give it a try you will not be disappointed!

I usually love Arby’s but Idk if this one allows workers to have nails or what but I bit into my gyro and pulled a glue line of 3 tiny little gems out of my mouth. FOUL. It was disgusting. I called and let them know because whoever lost their nail gems shouldn’t be barehandedly handling food and they were poilite and offered to comp my next meal but I won’t be going back. Get a different job if you want nails the food industry hasn’t allowed them for a reason. This is that reason. GROSS GROSS GROSS. Im still mad about it

Food was amazing ! Wife had a Greek gyro and I had a half pound sandwich, the roast beef was shaved so perfectly and the gyro didn’t look like a mess, 10/10 thank you night shift ! PS the curly fries were perfect.

I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! Has my experience always been this great at this location, No… BUT tonight’s team DESERVES the recognition for a JOB WELL DONE! Thank you to the staff of the Foxcroft Ave Arbys on 1/30/2022 for such a great experience with your restaurant!

At both locations, Foxcroft and the one next to Taco Bell in martinsburg drive thru takes forever, getting your food takes forever. Everyone kind of stands around doing nothing ( look in the window, you will see it). Or you see 3 people watching 1 person, mop!! It had taken 20 minutes at the window to get my food. They offered me a cookie for the wait. SMH. I don’t do arby’s anymore.
