I am so tired of going to a restaurant that’s open to hear them say I’m sorry I’m out of that I’m out of that I’m out of that? They put old curly fries in my container and topped it with the french fries I ordered which were the crinkle fries. All three orders had cold food nothing was hot I would love a refund but it’s not worth the fight

Great food and quick service. Seth was very friendly and did a great job! My by far favorite is the oven roasted turkey bacon ranch sandwhich! Today I tried the wrap and it’s good too. Next time I’ll try the orange cream shake or float as they looked good!

Worst food. Cold fries, ccold roast beef, my friend asked for tuna 8 X. The guy told the girl to ring it up as chicken, that they had tuna. Awful cheap ended up with chicken sandwich. 2 inch chunks of celery. It was an embarrassing to watch him eat it. He was unhappy. I was unhappy. But didn’t say anything. Cashier didn’t know anything about the menu. It was his fault for telling her to ring it up and HE MADE A MISTAKE. I ordered a sandwich one other time and learned my lesson. Never order sandwiches at a Arby’s. Stay with the beef. So embarrassing. I used horsey sauce bc it was cold and fries limp and cold.

We had actually stopped at Wendy’s and they forgot our chicken nugget order and discovered it once we got to our hotel. My mother went back to get them and ended up at Arby’s accidentally and the wonderful manager had no idea what she was talking about after she explained they left our her nugget order, and after realizing she was at the wrong place, he gave her a free order of nuggets! Amazing customer service in times like these!! Will definitely be choosing Arby’s over Wendy’s next time! Their chicken was surprisingly 100x better.
