Ate in, late in the day, yet employees were still friendly, food was delicious! I had the new bacon burger , along with the cheesy beacon frys. It was quite tasty!! It seems that management empowering the cooks come up with new menu items WORKED!

I got Arby’s Orange Cream shake and it came with a free small fry. Arby’s orange cream shakes are so delicious I can’t get enough of them, and their fries are always perfect too which is excellent in itself considering how hard it is to get a good order of fries everywhere. Since the line in the drive thru was long, I went inside to pick it up. They were extremely busy but seemed to be very organized with both the drive thru orders, dine in and carry out. Staff was very friendly and helpful to me.

The hush puppy fiah strips are so disgusting here. Like soft, lightly warm sponge cake. This is in my top 3 worst fish meals ever. I wish i could put a sample of the texture here to be felt. So gross and unappetizing. Like microwaving yesterdays chicken nuggets, but the slightest fish flavor. And the tartar sauce is no longer house made, instead gross mass packeted crud. I feel robbed. At least the jamocha shake is on point and delicious

Sat in line for half of my lunch break waiting for my wagyu meal at 2:45 in the afternoon. When I got my food the fries were room temperature, the wagyu patty was barely edible, and the top bun was very cold as if the sandwich had been in a refrigerator since the regular lunch slowed down. I guess I just came by at the wrong time.

Would rate better, however, theres an employee at this location named ricky who during my experience with this location, belches into the drive thru microphone, was extremely rude, and during my dine in experience all he did during the dinner rush is play on his phone while getting yelled at by coworkers and what i assumed was a manager. If the owner of this franchise location does something about this employee, i will gladly give this location a second chance and revisit this review with any changes.

The customer service was good. There food options and prices aren’t bad. This is the second time I’ve gotten my sandwich and it’s not been right from this store. The other store has made my order wrong once. I need lettuce wrap sandwiches due to having Celiac disease. The first time, I got my sandwich meat lettuce wrapped and had to put my sandwich toppings and condiments on myself while riding down the road. This time, it wasn’t lettuce wrapped at all.
