Haven’t had Arby’s for a long time. Conveniently located at our pit stop, we decided to have a quick bite on our second day road trek. Adverse to seasoning on my food, fairly salty for my taste. My fellow traveler’s were also in agreement. Pricing was reasonable and they had at 2 for $7 deal. Service was excellent, gave them a five star.

There prices have become insane. I ordered for me and my daughter I got just a sandwich she got a meal and it was 25.82 since we don’t get to eat out often I felt like it was a treat until I received my good. Sandwich was so thin with meat her fries cold. They didn’t put the cheese on her sandwich. All in all I was disappointed.

While sharing it’s space, this Arby’s still has a stand-alone feel. I was taken care of very quickly and my order was accurate. The cashier made sure I had a complete order once I was done. The food was up to par and completed a very fulfilling stop. Would recommend to people traveling through.

Cashier was rude. We ordered and she didn’t ask about drinks for one of the meals. She gave us the total and when my husband asked about a drink, her comment was, you didn’t order a meal, she didn’t even give him a chance to order one. She should have asked if he wanted a drink. She left us in the middle of our order to take care of another customer. When we got our food, I asked if there was ketchup in the bag. She replied, you didn’t ask for ketchup. I asked about my root beer float that I had ordered and she said she would get it when she was finished with the next customer. After sitting down to eat, we realized that she did not put in the arby’s sauce that my husband had indeed asked for. I went up to get that as well as the ketchup and float and also asked to speak with a manager and was ignored. I have never been treated this badly before and if Allie is running register when I go in again, I will walk out.

I stopped in at15:45 today and received no service. One employee was in a booth eating. One was looking at necklaces someone was selling and the young man behind the counter was looking at the necklaces. Not one greeted me or took an order. I stood there over 6 minutes & left. Went to Hardees at 3:51 & was served quickly. Will never stop nor my family..this is the lady in the brown carhart.

I was charged incorrectly on my bill and I didn’t get my right order. My order didn’t even match my incorrect bill. I understand mistakes happen, but clearly no one was paying attention. Always look before you pull away. Lesson learned.
