Food fresh. Nice younger girl at the counter actually suggested a meal deal I didn’t even see on the board, when I order 2 qualifying items. She was very polite. Good Customer service during lunch hours. Only con, That sweet tea needs WAY more water. I love sweet tea but jeez it was so thick and sweet. I ended up mixing it with water myself.

I am so disgusted with this place. Haven’t been in a while my one year was hungry so decided to stop. Ordered a chicken slider and a small curly fry. Get the food and the wrapper is melted to the food. Fries are fresh which were a plus. Try to go inside doors are locked, so l back up to the window. Tried to wave someone down no one came, beeped my horn no one came. Finally after some time someone came don’t know if it was a manager or worker. I showed it to her flipped open dangling. I asked her would she eat this. She said we put it in the microwave. I kindly told her I have eaten at plenty of other Arby’s to know that it shouldn’t look like this. Then she goes to say so you want a refund. Ma’am that never came out my mouth. My child is hungry. I need you to remake it. Mind you they’re not busy at all. So she says pull up all to put chicken and cheese on a bun. Clearly they put them in the microwave too long. CUSTOMER SERVICE has went to S*** just as well as the QUALITY. YALL BE THE JUDGE OF THE PICTURE OF THE FOOD AND TELL. Yet she neve le answered the question when I asked would she eat it like that so why would my one year old son. If I could’ve give zero stars l would have.

Good place to eat. I wish fries could be hot and ready all the time. But overall the food and food quality is great. Good customer service. I would like to ask the manager or owner to please call city or to fix huge pothole coming out of the parking lot on the side entering back out onto Summitt Avenue. Thanks so much!!

Stopped for a late night snack, and was met with a lively crew. The manager precious went above and beyond and brought my food to the table. It wasn’t until a rowdy customer came in that the atmosphere shifted. Nonetheless precious and a you get gentleman handled the issue with grace.

Four stars because I am feeling generous not because they deserve it. Well the Traditional Gyros Sandwich is not that traditional. Tried twice both times disappointed. I am coming from Europe and I kind of know how a Gyros Sandwich looks and taste. I hope they will start trying harder. Anything else there is ok but it can be better.

Ordered thru drive thru was charged incorrectly. The window employee didn’t tell me what was going on. I had to ask the manager and she explained that even though it was rung up incorrectly It was cheaper and they gave me extra fries for my trouble. The food was good though. I’d go back.
