I went to your restaurant this evening and ordered from the 2 for 6 dollar menu I got the classic Roast Beef and the macaroni and cheese. The service was good. The macaroni and Cheese was old today’s date is 7/31/22 the note on the Macaroni and Cheese said to use by 7/29. I didn’t eat. This isn’t good Custmer Service!! I saw a Tik Tok review of the Waygu burger. The guy’s review are pretty much on point and his tastes are similar to mine. But this was one of the worst burgers I’ve tasted. A Cookout burger at a 4th of the price tastes much better to me. If I’m not at a restaurant, it’s pretty hard for me to justify a $10+ burger. We spent over $20 for a Wagyu burger combo and another Wagyu burger (no combo). They both were meh. A little undercooked. Nothing special. The bread wasn’t buttery and soft like the reviewer said. It tasted like plain, stale Great Value buns. They say you live and learn. I learn that unless I want some roast beef, I’m staying away from Arby’s.

I ordered the new bourbon sandwich meal with the crinkle fries and a root beer. My daughter ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich meal with a Jamocha shake. The lady at the window was really nice. It didn’t too take long to receive out food. When I got my sandwich, there was hardly no sauce on it. Glad I asked for Arby sauce. That helped a lot. The meat was tender and had a really good flavor. My daughter smashed her food of course. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience…I would likely go back.

I decided I wanted their Mint Chocolate Milk shake and so I ordered that, but when I received it, it looked as if they put green topping on the vanilla without caring to mix it. In the picture, it also has chocolate topping which mine didn’t. I don’t recommend getting the Mint Shake.
