We love Arby’s food. This store always gets our order wrong. Every time. We expect it and only go when we are prepared to be patient and get things corrected. This visit we were missing straws, got smaller fries than we ordered, and my kid was missing tenders and fries. When I went back inside, I noticed that they had three folks working and they were going fast. They were polite and trying to manage inside and drive through. I don’t know why, but they just have trouble getting the orders correct. Poppers are awesome though. We will keep coming back.

I pulled up to order with no one in the drive thru and was still rushed to complete my order. When I attempted to find items on the menu I was met with sighs and rude comments in the background. Due to the hostility I received taking my order I decided to just drive off because I did not feel comfortable having these people fix my food.

Well what can I say, it’s an Arby’s. The food is good, but this place is often under staffed. It seems that it is by design in order to keep costs down. They’ll take a long time if you have a big order. Otherwise pretty standard Arby’s/ fast food restaurant.

Food was awesome! I suggest their gyro with lamb. No they don’t have cucumber sauce, but it was still affordable and very close to the Mediterranean style. They just need to do better with keeping ketchup and counters clean.

I ordered a chocolate shake and they handed me a completely, solid white shake. It has slight brown in the bottom. I just can’t imagine seeing this and thinking “this is fine” and handing it out the window. I think this is literally just a cup of ice cream.

Extremely poor service. I ordered a cherry turnover and I was given an apple turnover with my meal. 3rd time this has happened. Unfortunately I don’t eat the turnover until I get home (drive-thru). Note: if you’re out of an item just say so. I’m giving this poor review also because no one answers the phone when I call (3 times) to let them know of the error
