I had a coupon for 5 for $5 that had to be ordered online. Yet, when I went to order online, it said “location not taking online orders.”. I went in the store and the manager said they were available, but since it was an online coupon and their store wouldn’t allow the order she couldn’t honor it even if ordered in store. Why give me a coupon I could not use? Why say the store was unavailable for online orders on the app when even the manager said they were taking orders online? Since I am a customer going through such clear difficulty, why not just honor it in the store?

This location is usually fast and pleasant in customer service… cleanliness is kept up well… Food quality varies…the last rib sandwich I had was very dry and underwhelming… I have had very good ones in the past… Out of the choices in Zebulon for fast food, this location is preferred based on customer service… Which is a real problem in this town…
