This Arby’s looked like it was closed. The parking lot was empty and there was no one in the drive-thru. Even though we were the only ones in the drive-thru, we were still asked to pull around to the door and wait. The food was good but our order was not filled correctly and the young girl never offered any condiments. It might be a while before we stop at this Arby’s again.

The people are rude as heck don’t greet you no manners. And the food was disgusting. Tasted like it was cooked hours before I got there and just nuked in a microwave. Had to go back for a refund. Do not waste your money here.

Ridiculously slow drive thru, and there have been 2 times now that at dinner time we sat at the speaker forever with cars behind us, only to find they were closed! No sign, nothing. What a waste of time and gas. Today my kid just wanted a shake. It was not worth a 15 minute wait

Where do I start, walk in and two male employees sitting in the dining room. As we are walking in my wife comments boy someone needs to clean the windows. We ordered and I asked for fresh fries. Get our order and take a bite of cold fries.I walked up and asked for fresh fries. As we’re eating we noticed the floor was greasey and the tables were dirty also. I told the young man that they were out of napkins, he gave me some from behind the counter. I’m sure this going to go on deaf ears considering the other reviews said the same thing. So SAD

Cold chicken sandwich. Sauce station was disgusting and needs a good cleaning. No wonder it’s deserted on a Friday evening. I remember when this location was awesome. Now just sad, dirty and in need of some real managerial renovation.

The french fries were just pure nasty. They were cold when they were given to me and obviously double dipped in oil. The beef and cheddar had no cheddar. It doesn’t even deserve one star stay away from this place.

The manager had these large tattoos all over her chest you could see, the cook you can see through the opening had no gloves on, move the garbage can over after appears that it was just emptied, and then started fixing sandwiches without washing hands and or wearing gloves.
