OMG this wagyu burger was SOOOO good! I always love the beef and cheddar but I had to try this and I was so glad I did. I forgot how much longer Arby’s takes to make your food compared to other fast food places (it’s not fast food! It’s good food fast!!) But it’s always so worth it. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Person at the drive through window said I look at her mean. OK that was odd. She got my order wrong. OK things happen. When I tried to go inside to get my order corrected, the door was locked. OK I guess the dinning room was closed. I got in line to go back through the drive through. The line was too long, it moved too slow, and my lunch time was over. Great!

Edit: losing another star. I ordered a corned beef reuben on St. Patrick’s day…. got turkey with lettuce and tomato, with thousand island on rye! It’s like they realized they were out of corned beef and thought I was STUPID! So wrong….

I ordered three sandwiches two for $7 and the other one at regular price. They were all sloppy and messy and bitter and very little roast beef on it at all and it has some secret sauce on it I wouldn’t use to. My girlfriend didn’t like it my mother didn’t like it it was $14 wasted. Perhaps I’ll call in and let the manager know what I think and see if they will make it right. Sandwiches were very messy and fell apart.

Not a good experience. They were not busy and we waited about 10-12 minutes for our order. Only 4 customers in this Arby,’s. I will not go back. The seat on the outside was sunk in a lot.
