The food was pretty decent, but the Buffalo chicken wrap looked like it was slapped together and it was cut in half. One side had all chicken and the other side had all vegetables. The Service wasn’t great. It seemed like they were focusing on doordash instead of the people inside. Finally, my 12 year old son was watching the tv, and you’ll never guess what was on. It was blade. A guy exploded and disturbed my son. I think you should watch what’s on the tv’s instead of just letting them run.

This is by far the best fast food service I’ve had since moving to this state. Nobody seemed unhappy being there. I’ll definitely bring myself back for my lunch breaks. I’m sure whoever the manager is had made the atmosphere of the staff how it is. Great job!

Went there for the Hushpuppy breaded fish Strips. What I got was little triangles of fish and curly fries, both of which left the nasty aftertaste of old used oil. The whole experience was less than good. I do not see a return visit in our future.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes because they closed the dining room @ 6:30 and once I received my food the 2 large fries I ordered were not even half full and I ordered the French dip sandwich and did not receive the dip and received no sauces or straws. The service was horrible and the lady at the drive thru window was not polite. Will not go back.

You always have to move up to the door and wait for your food. Especially when there’s no customers in the store. I recently went back and still waited in the drive thru lane with many other cars for 15 minutes.

As we visited this Arby’s, it was around lunchtime and busier than I had ever seen it. So there was a bit of a wait. No problem. I guess that also explained why so many tables had stains or light crumbs on them, but it wasn’t too bad, although I had to walk around to find a completely clean table. The staff was friendly and doing the best they could. Our food, Greek girls was so good! Thanks, Arby’s.

I normally go through the drive thru, but the line was literally backed up. So I went in & the system was rebooting or something, so there was a bit of a delay there as well. Overall, my experience was still pleasant. Patience was definitely needed. But food was good.
