Food was decent but I am used to much better food at Arby’s. The Beef and Cheddar was a little more sloppy than normal and same with the gyro. Looked like it was thrown together. I talked to the nice gentleman at the drive-through. Sounds like management isn’t great. He was overly stressed with too much on his shoulders and short staffed. Felt bad for him. Management should have been present knowing the location didn’t have enough staff in place.

There is always a ridiculous wait, but this is the only location convenient to us. Went there today to get their limited time Chicken salad sandwich. They said that it was no longer offered yet it is still on their board and website. I called another Arby’s in Charlotte to inquire if they had the Chicken salad sandwich and they said they did. It was really just this location being lazy and not making it. If you don’t mind hard, stale curly fries and a 25 minute wait…this is your place to go.

So I pulled up to drive thru and got told to hold on a damn minute by the person taking my order!!!Then after I pull up to the window the cook manager said it’s a damn shame I’m the only one here and was taking another person’s order and then he starts complaining to me about how he’s the only one there blah blah he was very rude!!! I’ll never go here again then he says yea I’m moving to give guys up the road!!! Omg he don’t need to be in customer service

Currently not selling half pound roast beef sandwiches. Really??!! So you can purchase many doubles, or beef n cheddars, but not 1 half pound? How does that make sense?? All it adds up to is price gouging and less product with bad service. Ludicrous. Then I got home to find out that my sandwich wasnt even right. I ordered the double; they gave me beef n cheddar. Slow drive thru, rude person working window didn’t know which cup was coke and which was Dr Pepper, and my sandwich was wrong. Three strikes – you’re out!!

Food is good but wait times are beyond anything like I’ve seen. Service is slow. Forgot my fries with my meal. And for being a pretty new building the outside is not well kept(mildew and scrum).

Disappointing and terrible for a $7.50 sandwich. Ordered the Smokehouse Beef Brisket sandwich which is what I always get here. There were no onions, the meat was less than half of what they usually put on the sandwich and it was hard like it sat out for a few hours. It was like eating a bread and bbq sauce sandwich. A white castle slider probably has more meat than this thing did. This location has gotten continually worse. Never again for me.

Literally the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I waited in line for 15 minutes (I was the ONLY car) just to get my order taken. Took her (“manager”) 10 minutes just to read me back my order and it was completely wrong and I read it to her 4 TIMES. Also told her from the start that I had 2 coupons she proceeds to tell me I owe $30 noooo I don’t. Get to the window walks past the window and ignores me then walks over and says the total again and I give her the coupons. She goes” why didn’t you tell me you had coupons now I have to ring it all up again?!” I told her I did tell you… wth. Then she fixed it asked for my payment and when I try to hand it to her she walks away again?? Still sitting here almost 30 minutes later. Never eating here again.

Dine in area was closed. And drive through took over 10 minutes of waiting at the speaker box and 5 minutes at the window to get my food. All that with a single car in front of me. Go elsewhere or take something to keep you entertained on your long wait.
