Great service with awesome Arby’s food! Had a delicious Reuben sandwich, buffalo wrap, chicken slider, beef brisket and curly fries. They were all delicious and warm, freshly made. Definitely a great stop for good eats!

Let’s just say that I found out why the parking lot is always empty when I’m up by the shopping center. That’s the nicest way I can put it. Failed on service. Failed on making the food correctly. Food cost too much these days to get service and a product of that level.

Every time I go to this Arby’s location I am disappointed more, this will be my last trip. They messed up my order and my Au Jus sauce looked like it had been spit in and there was next to no sauce in the cup to boot. I hate to waste food but this meal was not eaten. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this Arby’s!!! This place needs new staff and management I am absolutely disgusted.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to pick up lunch today and the lady at the drive thru was just down right rude. Never made any kind of eye contact. Asked for sauce she gave me one by throwing it at me. Asked for more she gave me one more….I guess they’re rationing. The food was disgusting and the fries tasted old and cold. Very disappointing

Tonight I stopped at the Locust Arbys. The wait was extremely too long. They may want to do like all the rest of the fast food places and have the car pull up a wait for someone to run the food out if it’s taking longer than expected so the others don’t have to wait forever behind them. Especially when their food has been ready and is now getting cold waiting for them to make it up to the window.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich. I love Arby’s but I prefer a hot roast beef sandwich. I understand that when a restaurant is busy they make sandwiches ahead,but people also wish for their sandwiches to be fresh. If the sandwich is cold that is not fresh to me. Try not to make to many ahead if you’re not busy. I live in the area I will be bsck.
