Stood in line with workers ignoring me wet and wash my hands (no paper towels) came back and stood in line for another couple of minutes one lady looking at me like I’m in the wrong. 5 minutes or more went by and another lady came from the back of kitchen to let me know I can’t buy nothing the system is down. 6 plus minutes the other lady at drive-through could have told me but didn’t I like Arby’s but will not go back common courtesy and customer service is not in this place….. if I could give a negative- star I would…

The manager here is a jerk. He was having a staff meeting in the lobby the entire time I ate, and he was very rude to his employees the entire time I was there. Belittling them and calling them names. Will never be back after seeing the way the employees are treated there. Was unable to get his name but he spoke like he was the store manager or GM

First off the food and service was very pleasant.The food and curly fries were nice and warm. Where the service fell through was the wait time..Not necessarily their fault because they seemed under staffed. When I arrived to the window, I was greeted by an employee/manager that was very courteous and apologized for the wait. Will I go back? Yes

Every time I go through the drivethru I am greeted by the kindest person. Patrick always seems to be so customer focused. Once I could tell he was training someone new who was struggling and he was so nice and patience with her. It was endearing.

Me and my family had lunch here Sunday 8/6 spent $50 and the service here is awful th managers aren’t polite we waited 5 min before anyone came to front counter the cashier had to be told 3 times how to spell Michelle but before we was even acknowledged 3 people walked up front and just looked at us and ignored us, then when we was leaving my dad went to the counter to ask for a bag and everyone was hiding on the back he had to yell to get anyone to acknowledge him then the grill boy goin to peep down and yell “what” back at my dad then the black manager walks u front and tells him to stop all that yelling my dad says well y’all was in the back and wouldn’t come up here so this location has some sorry staff and managers no wonder this place always looks closed owners need to do some adjustments

When pulling up, there were 2 employees in uniform outside the front door smoking weed. The lady working the drive-thru was difficult to hear and difficult to understand. When we pulled around to the window, the two girls who had been outside smoking came running in behind the front counter giggling loudly and screaming. One of them came to the window to hand us our drinks and had not even washed her hands yet. Yes, you can see the entrance through the drive-thru window and we saw them both walk straight in without stopping to wash their hands. An overall poor experience but at least the food tasted good.

THEY HAVE THE MEATS!!! Good place to stop for the famous Arby’s Roast beef sandwich. Or if you don’t like roast beef the sliced carved turkey is pretty good too. They also have chicken sandwiches, tenders, onion rings, curly fries. My favorite is the half pound roast beef sandwich. Especially if you get the cheddar half pound roast beef!!! The regular half pound is listed.
