Excellent, friendly service and the food was very good. Speed of service was great especially with the freshly sliced roast beef. Only complaint about this location is the facility itself– feels aging and grimy. The front walkway looks more like a sooty car repair shop, covered with black oily stains and peeling paint. Not the best first impression if you’re trying to communicate food safety and health. Fortunately, the food service didn’t match the visuals of the construction. With some investment in cleanliness and repair, this location could be a five star Arby’s.

How this Arby’s stays in business is beyond me. Walked in, 3 employees sitting in dining room hanging out. No acknowledgement of us arriving what so ever. After several minutes one of the employees finally gets up to take our order. Informs us that it’s gonna be awhile if we want a chicken sandwich. At least 2 of the 3 employees actually went behind the counter and in the kitchen. The third never got his head off of the table. At least the food was decent although the place was a mess. If there’s no customers, clean up or something. I mean the floor is sticky when you walk on it.

This Arby’s has been there for a long time. The carpet REALLY needs to be removed. My shoes stuck to the carpet, it was a really gross feeling. The food was good. But that dirty carpet made it really hard for me to enjoy my food. This is the only Arby’s in Pineville and they need to do better. That floor is totally disgusting. There was food all over the carpet. Make it easier on the workers and remove that NASTY carpet, there is no way they can clean that.

My experience on June 4, 2023 at around 6:30 PM was horrible, that slight crew of children working in there were mad, playful amongst each other, not attentive to the job or their customer service were also running around outside, spraying bleach on each other for fun to mini games being played around food smh

Every time I’ve stopped at this location in the last couple of months, they are closed or having computer issues and not taking orders. I even called before going the last time to make sure they were open to be told they are closed when I got there at 5pm. Don’t waste your time at this location.

The fries were hot a delicious. The sliders were obviously frozen by their texture, and after I ate the first I realized the chicken was borderline rotten. The first slider made me nauseous. The second went in the trash. Be careful what you order here.
