We arrived to this location during the lunch rush. This was probably the best drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. The “voice” on the other end was clear, concise and FRIENDLY! The same thing once we gotta to the window. We ate in the parking lot since we had 3 dogs with us. The food was hot and tasted great. I went in the restaurant simply to trying the bell and let them know how much I appreciated the amazing service we received. The restaurant was clean and the team members at the front counter were just as friendly as the drive-thru staff.

I moved to Lauringburg in April 2022. Haven’t had Arby’s in 2 yrs so when I received coupons I decided to go. Order was a small vanilla shake, 3 chicken sliders and 2 cheddar beef minus the cheddar since I love the onion buns. I was going to put half my order up for later or even the next day.

I ordered a 3 piece tender meal, 2 – 6piece nuggets, fish sandwich meal, and a gyro meal. The fries was cold and the tenders looked like nuggets. Now let’s be real I called back and they said the tenders look like nuggets. I know for a fact they don’t look the same because I ordered them before. The grease my fries were fried in was burnt. Just poor customer service. The only thing I had good was the drinks that came with the meals.

I made the mistake of getting the cheese burger. It looked appetizing, but just like all the other fast food restaurants, the meat was pre cooked and stored in a drawer. It was warm but had that old leftover taste.
