I enjoy Arby’s very much however the last couple of times I’ve gone to this location, the chicken hasn’t been cooked properly. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss, I think it’s the number 5. I went at 10:45 when lunch first started and the chicken wasn’t done. It wasn’t hot and I was disappointed to spend $10+ for my meal to be horrible. I’ve order chicken sliders and they too weren’t cooked thoroughly. I don’t eat at this location often anymore. The staff is friendly, though, but that alone isn’t worth me spending money for uncooked chicken.

Arby’s is a delight in the fast food world. They have far more variety than the other joints. I can get a gyro one day,a buffalo chicken sandwich the next, and of course the roast beef! It’s my go to when I’m on the road.

The food was sub Arby’s, the sliders have done just that, slid down , super small, not like before, one bit and suggy & no flavor …I was starving so I ate it, now I have heartburn, ugh. Never again this is the 3rd time I’ve tried this location…sorry Arby’s

Young girl at window is too rude to speak to customers, even when spoken to. Saying “thank you” does not get a reply. I’m sure she heard me, but just scowled. I was neither rude nor short with her in any way. Just snatched my card, never gave me total or a receipt.

Rude people working. Constantly interrupting during the ordering. When I did get to the window, they complained about having to run my card because they couldn’t get it to read the first time. Then they told me that I had to pull up even tho no one was behind me. I was still putting my card in my wallet. And was ordered to pull up again, because I was killing their time. The order was wrong, the food was cold, they didn’t give me everything I ordered. I’d have been better off getting a hot dog off the roller grille of death in the Pilot station this was attached to. I highly recommend that is what you do if you stop here
