Ordered a meal, fries were forgotten. Also ordered two Buffalo chicken sliders and they literally put two plain chicken tenders on buns (which were cold by the way) and threw Buffalo sauce in the bag…I guess they wanted me to make my own Buffalo chicken sliders bc they were too lazy to toss the chicken in the Buffalo sauce themselves…forgot to give me bleu cheese though to make em myself… yeah I’ll never go back again after such audacity.

Placed an Uber eats delivery order scheduled for a certain time. For some unknown reason, they decided to get it ready way ahead of time and someone else that was not my delivery driver picked up my order an hour before I was even supposed to get it. My delivery driver was super nice and sweet but the manager there was super rude to her. Honestly unacceptable. Not only did you give my order to the wrong person, you also treated someone who is kind terribly because you made a mistake. Ended up not receiving my order due to the hassle.

Would have given more than 3 stars but we dined inside and there were a lot of flies inside the restaurant on the day we stopped by. If flies were in the dining area, flies also had to be back in the food prep area also. Also, got Dr. Pepper soda at first but had to dispose of it because the mixture had to be off in the dispenser, the soda was horrible. Sandwich was delicious though. This location needs some type of fly control or improve the current type of fly control if one is already in place .

If I worked at a place where my manager yelled at me and my co workers in front of customers the way the lady did today… id walk out! Not the way to lead. “You better get your mind right!” “You getting on my nerves now…” the folks at Walmart could’ve heard her! You’ll lose business with someone like this!!! I own a successful business for 25 years and know what I’m talking about! This person was just feeling her oats. Not good! If you have issues with your team, you take them to the side where customers don’t hear cause I came to eat, not aggravated.

I spent long enough in the drive through line to leave this review. They messed my order up inside first. One kid didn’t get a meal. Decided to swing through the drive through and grab one before getting back on the road. Been sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes. It’s nuggets. Why they have their Wednesday midmorning crew working on a Sunday. This was painful.
