I went to Arby’s and ordered 2 bacon fries , a chicken sandwich plain , and 4roast beefs I had to drive back because the chicken sandwich was forgotten and it didn’t bother me that much after I drove back and got it . I got home and my chicken sandwich was not plain it had mayo or some kind of sauce all over it . And my bacon fries came with ranch which that wasn’t there fault I should’ve said no ranch but it was new for me and I’ve never tried there bacon cheese fries so I didn’t know what all came on it . Hopefully I can go back Tomorrow and get a refund it was too late to go back and have it changed .

This store is usually better than the other local location. Not sure what was going on today but it seemed like there may have been some internal issues with the help, kinda seemed like 2 people were handling everything. We got 2 combos and 2 sliders. The sliders were ice cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Our curly fries were different too not sure if that was a fluke or they’ve changed. I’ll give it some time and try again.

I ate here at Arby’s about a week ago first time I ate at Arby’s in awhile and I had forgotten just how good the roast beef sandwiches where and I also got the curly fries and it was delicious I went through the drive-thru and it didn’t take very long to get my food and a young lady that I took my money was so polite I sure enjoyed myself

The food is always good. It’s expensive but good. This location has a bad habit of leaving things out of your bag. They never get it right. Gotta ask for napkins, straws, etc. you better ask or you won’t get it.

Always sliced so thick, like they are trying to rush. Also always overcooked, it looks like they slice the beef before the shift and let if sit and get more cooked and dry. Go to the other Arbys near the mall.

Always Fresh! I always tell them I want fresh fries or mozzarella sticks, and if they’re not fresh they will drop fresh for me. Love the Market fresh selection! That’s why I chose Arby’s. The turkey is amazing and it’s actually real turkey. Not processed…. Worth the money!!! Using the app is awesome as well. Gives points and rewards! Got 25% off my purchase and saved $5.
