I’ve been to many Arby’s and had many different levels of service and quality of food but this one by far has got to be the worst ever. The arby’s in Hickory on 70 is a NO GO! We stood at the counter for over ten minutes,and no one even acknowledged our presence. I have no idea what was going on I did not seem like the drive-thru is busy. And the place was dead. I have no idea why happened the way it did. I didn’t have the opportunity to find out what the food was like. But with this level of service I will never step foot in the store again.

The lady that was about to take my order at 640pm on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, needs to have a talking to about her attitude. I drove off because of her attitude and tone of voice and I won’t be returning to this location. I was about to spend 13 dollars here but took my business to Chick-fil-A.

We visited Arby’s in Hickory through the drive thru this evening and was super upset when we arrived home as I had ordered a French dip sub combo and they not only didn’t put my fries in the bag but also left out my au jus sauce. I tried choking down my sandwich anyway, but if I didn’t want the sauce I would’ve just ordered a regular roast beef. Something without swiss cheese that would actually complement the Arby’s sauce my husband had for his roast beef sandwich..We had a busy afternoon and as such did not feel like making a 25 minute drive back there. Have to say, the drive thru needs to get it together. And of course, $25 later, I am STILL hungry…

Even though they are short staffed, they are working hard to give you good quality food. I ordered my food to be freshly made, I had the crispy fish and small fry special and it was delicious. I appreciate them making it fresh and not complaining.

This location is pretty good. I waited 13 minutes in the drive through today. Not bad considering it was lunch. Food is always hot and fresh here. Drive thu employees are always nice. I would recommend this location for sure. We come here often.
