We spent $30 on food. Got the food in vehicle and almost got sick from the smell. The bag of food smelled like old oil and something crawled up in the bag and died. No manager on duty or so the very unprofessional employee said and also stated its not her job to change the oil out or listen to the customer. Called the 800 number that was given to me by a very nice young man, sent email to Arbys also and no response from them.

They changed the bread on the classic roast beef which was nasty. They only had tea or water I got tea I tasted it it tasted like the needed to clean the tea jug out. When I looked at the bottom of the cup stuff was floating around in the tea. Lobby is closed. And they didn’t give us straws.

Placed order, was told we’d have to wait 10 mins, ok fine. Got up to the window and five mins later somebody finally comes and says, oh only taking cash. No sign saying this and no warning at the drive thru. This Arby’s ALWAYS disappoints, every year or two I try again and find some stupidity. Usually in the past it’s been very poorly made food, wrong orders and rude employees is a constant at this spot

Every time I go to this one they are always out of Turkey!!!! Along with the majority of the menu. I go to this one being that it’s right near my job but seeing that your ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING I think that I just will not go there anymore. Also there have been times that it would be around 1pm and go through the drive through and they would be closed because short staff. Also there are some employees that are rude and there was one who seemed like she was maybe high on something. I love Arbys but just seems that maybe this particular one needs a whole new team.
