I went through the drive through today. I ordered a regular beef and cheddar meal with a chocolate shake. I got a regular roast beef meal with a jamocha shake. Whatever happened to repeating the order to make sure it is correct? We didn’t have time to stop and come in to get the correct stuff. Also, the curly fries were over done. Not burnt, but pretty crunchy. I ate half of them as I needed to eat, but this was a very disappointing meal.

This location is horrible. Front staff openly complained about their lack of overall staff. When I asked for 3 barbque sauce packets, the guy waiting on me literally threw two at me. Avoid this place if you like Arby’s.

Super disappointed in the fact that they don’t have the chicken cordon bleu anymore.. Food is always wonderful, but it seems they get rid of a lot of the popular things. Bring the ham back!

Ordered several of the 2 for $7.00. The french dip and spicy roast beef. They were both pretty good for fast food.. they were out of the spicy creamy sauce for the spicy roast beef, I added the horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce and it was still good.

Went to Arby’s this evening and was told they were out of roast beef for approx. 30 min decided to wait 30 min then came back thru drive thru where the guy told us again it would b another 30 min plus blamed it in previous shift … Just be honest and say ur lazy and don’t want to work Bc it doesn’t take an hour ….. Ended up doing without food
