Ordered their Wagu steakhouse burger… its raw inside – wth..? When I took it back , the store manager said, I should have known and basically ” tough “. I don ‘t eat pink , uncooked burgers. There is no warning posted . They refused to give me the crinkle fries ordered , instead giving me the crinkle fries., like I ordered. I will not ever order or eat at the Weaverville Arby’s again. Very Rude.

We frequently visit the Weaverville Arby’s, and typically have had a great experience. Lately it has been terrible. Food takes forever to come out, yet when it does it’s cold. Language being used by the staff is quite ridiculous. Tonight was no different. Slow in the drive thru with only one other car in line, and a pitiful spoonful of Mac and cheese (the only food we ordered) was served. I wish I had looked before we got home, because I would absolutely have taken it back for a refund. Insane to charge so much if they’re not going to measure portions correctly.

I have eaten at Arby’s from North Carolina to New York for decades now and have NEVER had a bad experience. I honestly can’t say that about most fast food chains but Arby’s just does there food right.

Went in to eat while we were waiting for a friend. Walked in and waited 10 mins for our order to be taken. When we got our food, after waiting for an additional 15 mins for it to come out, our fries were stale and cold. There was 2 pcs of meat on my beef and cheddar and the sauce on it was overwhelming. Otherwise, the store was clean and the staff was friendly.

Not particularly happy with our last visit. Grabbed a quick sandwich ordered a medium meal, ended up with a regular sized meal. Not much meat on the sandwich, mostly bread. Fries were cold. And one sandwich was missing. The price has increased dramatically, I understand about food costs, but it is ridiculous for what we received. Check your order before you drive off!!!
