Not satisfied with this location. No matter how you order a sandwich, ie. 2 double roast beef were ordered and less than regular amount was on both sandwiches, plus other mess ups so they make it how they want not how you order. Ordered food and less than half was made right. Spent $82 and about died! Not happy, won’t go back. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did make my son’s food right. But everyone else has jacked up orders or well lack there of. When I called they advised me there want a manager on duty to help so I had to deal with it because they don’t know if I took food out to say it was missing or tampered with! Like WOW, really! So dissatisfied with my experience!

I give this experience a zero if I could. How in the hell do you run out of the one thing you are known for roast beef. Fries might be understandable maybe even chicken, not roast beef that is your main ticket item there. Need to look into better management there and maybe this won’t happen again

Clean place, pleasant staff. Order was correct at drive thru – except no sauces even though we asked twice. They’re apparently short on them because the sandwiches were dry. Tasty, but check your bag before leaving the window

They gave us this as a 10$ sandwich meal. Worth it??? No way. And we were charged wrong for our food. 2 for 6$ not here! We were charged more than that for them. Happy camper I am not.

This new Arby’s in Chapin has got to step up their game or you will be out of business. Love Arby’s on Lake Murray Blvd. Go there to see how to do it right. First time at Chapin Arby’s, old, cold fries, hardly any meat on Reuben. We decided to give it another try about a month later…. even worse…. bun burned on roast beef, even less meat on Reuben. We’re not going back. Sad because we were planning on eating there often. We Arby’s, but not all of them, consistency is key. Every Chick-Fil-A you go to is consistently good. One Arby’s can be awesome and another be horrible. Step it up or you’ll be out soon. Sorry but it’s true.
