The curly fries were okay. They would have been a lot better if they were served fresh .The buffalo chicken sandwich was a complete mess . I’m assuming the sandwich is suppose to be messy but something tasted off about the mayo to me . I didn’t like the presentation . The bread way soggy and the overall flavor was questionable. If I wasn’t on a 30 minute break I would have definitely gone in and returned the food . The only thing I really liked was the lemonade but the medium size was like a kids cup to me . Nonetheless I wouldn’t eat here again .

I haven’t been to an Arby’s in 20 years. However, I did visit this one and was pleasantly surprised by the wagyu steakhouse burger. A little more expensive than competitors, but not a bad burger. If I were to order it again, I would leave off the sauce though.

Does this Arby’s close earlier now or what? Could not get served here at all at 8:58 pm. Was turned away. They used to serve people at closing and a little.after closing if you were in line. It’s kinda sad.

I really hope it was the time of day we went, but the experience was horrible. We ordered 2 French dips at 6:10pm on a Wednesday and didn’t get the food until 6:50. We were on our way to church and ended up not being able to go because it started at 6:30. The manager was doing a horrible job managing her people. She had 3 workers that stood around staring at each other, waiting for her to make all the orders by herself. She really needs to learn to delegate and run her shift better. It wasn’t even that busy.

A nice, new, restaurant. Could have been a bit cleaner. Young staff was friendly but didnt seem too diligent about keeping the dining room tidy. Food was consistent with what we expected. That is delicious as usual!

Convenient location just off the highway. Dine in and drive thru. Hot food served quickly. Just give them a name and in a few minutes they will call it. They don’t take Apple Pay. Clean restaurant. Coke fountain machine with Coke Zero. Lots of free parking.

Normally I don’t have an issue with the Arbys on long pond rd but I did this time. My fry’s and sandwich tasted old and bitter I called the store and they said the grease was only two days old I work in fast food there’s no way the grease was two days old. My father got roast beef slider and buffalo slider he said it was okay. I called the store all they said was they were about to change the oil didn’t offer to remake the sandwich or nothing. Don’t think I want to reorder anything here now I’m out of 15.48 and only one who ate was my father I have to go pay more money for my lunch

I picked up an online order that my husband placed for us 5 minutes after the listed pickup time of 4:45 and, aside from poor customer service from the girl at the window, the food is ice cold and there were no straws for either of the two drinks. They had more than 3 hours to prepare this order properly and STILL dropped the ball. The girl kept asking me if I had an “oa” and I am still trying to figure out what she was talking about. She looked at me like I was wrong for not understanding their jargon. Sugar, I don’t work at Arby’s…you do! I loved the idea of having an Arby’s so close to home, but I am going to stick with going to another location just for better service/quality.

I have been in this Arby’s several times at much busier times and the food has been better. I ordered online and it was ready on time but when you order a chicken salad sandwich and it’s mostly celery and lettuce I’m not ok with it. This is not what I normally receive.
