A disappointing Arby’s location. Only 3 people working a Wednesday lunch. A very long wait to receive order. Apparently dining area hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Food was acceptable but the owners should consider shutting down if you can’t serve food. To top it all off, when I asked about the Arby’s Rewards program I was told we don’t do that here. See attached photo of signage advertising the program. I’m a big Arby’s fan but this store is nearing failure. I hope it can be saved.

We went right before closing and dined in. I usually don’t like to dine in right before a restaurant closes, but the staff kind of encouraged it. They were friendly and efficient. Brought our food out in a decent amount of time. Fresh fries and sandwiches. Tasted great. Love the strawberry lemonade!

Arrived at drive-thru at 9:40 an employee said they are no longer taking orders, we asked what time do you close? She says 10 but we are putting everything up now . I understand you want to get out of there on time but if your business closes at 10 then thats when you start putting things away, not 20 minutes early.

Had the gyro – a recent discovery – it had more sauce than the scant amount the last time I had it, and it wasn’t bad, but t would have been much better if the meat (lamb) had been hot.

It’s OFFICIALLY TIME to start packing my own lunch. Where do I even start with this review?! Ok… 2 Days in a row there is no liquid soap in the men’s bathroom.(On top of that the only one person preparing food is a male. I did an online order and only 3 people were working in the restaurant and 2 of them were outside on their cell phones/smoking. The “cook” was relaxing in the eating area on his cell phone and no was covering the front counter. I asked him about my order and he had to go get other workers from outside to get on the job. My order wasn’t even started and the two women who came from outside didn’t even wash their hands from smoking/and using their cell phones. I understand it is tough getting competent employees to do this kind of work but with what Arby’s charges for their food you would think they can do better.

Came through the drive through and ordered a #1, fries with a side of cheese, a chicken slider, Mac n chz, apple juice, and kids meal. We specifically asked her if she got the second apple juice we ordered and she said yea but she still forgot and argued about it at the window. We waited for 20 minutes. My chicken slider was stone cold… not even room temp, COLD and had a small chicken nugget on it. Never gotten such a small piece of chicken on an Arby’s slider. Then realized they forgot the fries in with the #1 and totally didn’t give us the other order of fries with the cheese sauce. We paid about $30 and got half the order. The mac n chz was also stone cold. As we waited for 20 minutes we finally saw the whole kitchen crew walk in from the back like they had just been out there taking a smoke break. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Drive thru was a bit slow but it seemed to be due to staffing shortages. The staff there was very nice and reassuring they were going to get everyone their food.

The drive window service is terrible. I sat at the menu to order waiting…..finally the young lady said “ you can order “ . So rude. The drive thru window was worse. They were laughing and cutting up. Hospitality does not exist there.

It took 15 minutes for our order to get taken, and then another 20 to get our food because they were more interested in taking care of the drive-thru than the people inside.
