This location has been steadily declining. My order was lathered in cheese to the point that my bun was falling apart. Another customer came inside after going thru the driveway complaining about his order. And a third customer who ordered online arrived and they didn’t have his order. Maybe trying to drive up to the Arby’s in Moncks Corner next time will be the better choice.

GROSSSSS! My chicken Bacon ranch sandwich was freaking Raw! Beware of your food guys. Always cut it in half to make sure it’s fully cooked. I will not be returning and you shouldn’t either. If there were a zero stars option, I’d put that.

Ordered online to pick up at 4pm. Got there and doors were locked. Went to drive thru and told them about my online order, was told to pull forward. Two vehicles in front of me and when I got my order it was 425. Food was cold of course. What’s the use of online ordering if you have to wait 25 minutes for it? First and last time ordering online from them.

Lazy lazy lazy. Went to the lobby because my vehicle has ladder racks and has about 2 inches of clearance at their drive thru, new sign on the saying new lobby hours 10-8. An employee holding the unlocked door shut and told my I had to use the drive thru…. I tell him I don’t want to hit things at the ty ty yyy you yy6window and I’m waiting 5+ minutes for anyone to even show up. I had to bang on the glass to geit any kind of response and my food takes over 10 minutes to come out… Worst Arby’s location I’ve ever been too. Recommend taking the few extra minutes to go to the university Blvd location… Why do you even keep empl6oyees that want to sit around and do nottthing all day stealing a check from you….
