This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at an Arby’s. I waited like 30mins for my food but was ok with that because I thought my food would be fresh and good. I got the 2 for $7 roast beef cheddar and some fries. The sandwich was disgusting, tasted like vinegar and the texture of the meat was not right to the point I went and google how it should look. So I politely took it all back the manager didn’t ask no questions of why I wanted to return as if he knew those sandwiches wasn’t right. Never again will I eat there gross. Wish I would’ve took pictures of the sandwich before I returned it.

Workers work Without gloves. They are very rough. I myself saw how they ate Frenchfrise from a package that was already ready for another user. Terrible unsanitary conditions inside. I can’t tell without a drug test but they all look like they’re on some kind of drug and walk around like zombies. If he notices that you do not like the service time, they make bad remarks towards you. I think it is necessary to check for drugs all who are hired. I canceled my order which of course I liked very much.

Completely trash customer service. From the cashier to the person preparing your food. They don’t ask what you need with your order and then have the audacity to toss your sauce to you when you ask for what you want. If you don’t want to work stay home. I will never come to this place again and will recommend my other trucker friend’s to stay away as well.

The lady that took our order through the drive through was rude and rushed us ordering food. She made the comment to other employees with the window open that we are the last ones to go through the drive though tonight. She said It needs to be closed like we were a problem to her even though they weren’t busy. She said that rudely and acted as if she was upset we were there. There was no reason to be rude to us and all she had to do was tell us to come inside and that the drive through was closed. Also the food was cold and nasty. Do not go here!!!

I walked over to the Arby’s Counter to place my order, but no one was there. I noticed a young man with the name tag “Omari” sitting at a table in the dining area on his phone (presumably on Social Media or Something). I asked if someone was manning the counter, and he said they were closed (at 8 pm). I then walked around the Pilot side of the store, looking at snacks, when I noticed 5 minutes later that a young lady was at the counter taking orders. So I walked over and talked to her, and she said they weren’t closed. I placed my order with the young lady, and it was good food. I guess Omari didn’t want to work and lied to me. Don’t really like being lied to.
