I have never had a bad experience at an Arby’s anywhere until today. I came into the lobby through the UNLOCKED doors to pickup a to-go order that I placed online and immediately experienced one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. The lady that was making sandwiches yelled at her Drive thru employee for not locking the lobby door, yelled at a couple that were coming inside telling them to go to the drive thru. I ordered cheddar cups as a modification on an item but it didn’t show up on their end I brought this to her attention and would have gladly paid for them if they somehow didn’t process correctly on the app. She wouldn’t even attempt to solve such a tiny problem, she just said “you’re not missing them they aren’t on the receipt.” Then before I can even say anything else she started to complain about me having my SERVICE DOG with me. She said that if I didn’t have my paperwork with me I needed to leave. I pulled up the documentation on my phone but she didn’t even look at it because she started belittling the drive thru guy again. The attitude this woman has will ruin this store. If employees don’t want to be there or lack the ability to be professional they don’t need to be there. It’s unfair to the other employees and especially customers. I’m not going to seek any legal counsel for this but I hope you guys know that discriminating against me for having a service animal is highly illegal and is also a form of harassment as well. Food quality was awful as well. The chicken was old and dry and the roast beef was not portioned correctly either.

Ordered the 2 for 6 chicken cheddar ranch. Got it super fast. The store was super clean. The staff was super clean. The food was not so super. The lettuce and tomatoes seemed to be really fresh and the bun was soft, but the tenders they used were old and luke warm. Kinda kills the sandwich.

Size doesn’t matter if there’s enough flavor – the new Waygu burger certainly disappointed with size (think Jr burger size) but had great flavor from the actual meat and toppings. I’ll stick to the beef n cheddars next time though. Size compared to a single beef n cheddar.

$28 for 2 meals. Curly fries are cold. Chicken sandwich is no where near temp as well. Food was under heat lamp too long and then served it. At this price the food should be made to order. Do not go to this location.

1st time visit around the afternoon Whoever runs the drive through could use a class on customer service plus my food came out cold and I got nauseous for the remainder of the day. Thankful Im the only one who ate here but never again. Customers won’t complain if the job is done well. Respect goes both ways.

service was fast, accurate, and efficient. but gawd DAMN was the food salty! had a french dip combo and had to refill my drink 3 times to get through it. not sure if the recipe has changed or if it’s just been so long since ive had arby’s that i forgot about the intense sodium levels. 3 stars. it is what it is

The kid charged me twice the amount for the order, & the order was absolutely incorrect. I walked inside to straighten it out. Not one person could be found. Not sure where everyone went… I can definitely say, they could care less about doing their job.

Extremely rude and slow service! I was told to pull up to wait on food after 20 minutes of waiting I went into see what was going on and lady behind the counter had an immediate attitude over it. Place wasn’t busy and I watched people behind me pull off with their orders. I don’t mind waiting, but you don’t have to be immediately rude when someone inquires about their order. You work in customer service get out if you don’t like being of service. When I realized they hadn’t even started my order yet I asked for a refund. Avoid this place.

Your cooks don’t need to over cook all the food. The fries were hard and burnt and the roast beef was burnt. Just pay attention to what you’re doing and you wouldn’t be burning the food people pay for. Thanks
