Absolutely terrible I ordered 3 Buffalo sliders they were so small over cooked to the point it was completely hard all the way threw the chicken. It had the texture of Jerky. Completely disappointed. I not one to normally leave bad reviews anywhere but this was unacceptable.

Went through the drive thru and the service was decently quick. The staff was friendly. My only dislike was that my Smokehouse Brisket was frigid when I got it. Unfortunately, I was on the interstate and I couldn’t go back. That to me is just such a cardinal sin, that I can’t help but be super bummed about it.

Ordered the 5 peice hush puppy fish basket and received 1 strip of fish original size. The other 4 pieces were what looked like fried green beans and maybe 10 french fries. Very disappointed. Arby’s was One of my favorites to grab fast food and now I will definitely not go back. The commerical food looked 1000 time’s better than my order!

It’s a new location and seems to be mostly new dudes working there. Their customer service skills are not 100%, but they are improving. Food was good, warm, and full portions, so high marks in that regard.

We actually live about an hour away and so it was even more disappointing that the experience was bad. For one, the parking lot in general is such a crammed situation. It was insanely busy and we sat without moving for at least 30 minutes. But that wasn’t even the bad part. We were expecting the wait. It was when we got to the window. The girl looked at us as if we were the biggest inconvenience and asked if we “had the long order “.. instead of just reading out the order. Mind you, it was 2 sandwich meals and an order of nuggets for my kids. I hardly see that as a long order. But it was the way she said it and the look on her face. Made us feel like.. maybe we should’ve “inconvenienced” a different drive thru. First and last time. And then forgot the dip for the French dip and the fries were burnt to a crisp. Try at your own risk. New location and clearly they don’t have it figured out yet.

Greasy and drive thu was OK in service but got the wrong food and management wanted to argue with my complaint , I asked for no tomato and they still put it on so I went back and asked for a new sandwich and I watched the manager take the tomato of and give it back to me and I said no I wasn’t accepting that because it would still taste like tomato juice and seeds and I wanted a new one and she got attitude so I left without the food or a refund. I won’t be going back to the Walterboro store ever again.

Waited in drive thru for 20 mins with only 1 vehicle ahead of me with also a visible store front that didn’t have ANY walking customers waiting for orders… only to finally get to the window, and they tell me they’re waiting on mozzarella sticks to finish cooking.
