We went here after noon, around 1 and it was not busy inside. Yes, there were some people in the restaurant. I am writing this review simply because I was impressed by the cashier was extremely helpful and polite. The food came out more quickly than I expected and nothing was overcooked nor were there any discrepancies with the Arby’s standards. Go Greenwood Arby’s. Indoor eating was definitely a nice experience.

Guys this Arby’s in Greenwood SC has absolutely the best manager I’ve ever personally met. He cares for every customer and aims to please. I eat there and doordash there and I have witnessed issues that comes up with orders and he always makes sure the favor is in the customers court! I’m glad them young folks there have him as a mentor!

The last several times I have went in the evening the young man working drive through is either rude or says you can’t get things because he’s cleaning up. If you’re not going to serve the customer just close. Easy fix go across the street and give Sonic the business.
