Ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich meal. There were 2 cars ahead of me. I was asked to pull around to the drive thru #1 parking spot to wait for my food. No big deal! After 6 minutes my food arrived. I immediately ate a curly fry. COLD. Okay, that’s fine. Things happen. Bit into my sandwich. ALSO COLD. Why was I told to wait for food that wasn’t even made to order??? Very disappointing visit.

Last time I’ll waste my money here. Fries that needed to be thrown out an hour ago I stead were thrown into my bag. 2nd time in a row I was given no ranch when I asked for it. Fast food must really be mentally taxing having to care enough to provide good/accurate food when requested.

The store need to be closed down. I paid almost $14 for BcnWagtn Burger meal. I was charged to add something on the burger that came on it free and I ask for no tomatoes. I received a dry plan burger after the order wasn’t taken correctly. It took about 30 mins or to order and receive my food in a line with only 2 cars before me.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches. Ugh…they put some kind of bbq sauce on the first one, and some horrible cheese on the other one. The buns had onions on top and were very old. Tasted like ugh….don’t even know what. After we had to go back becsuse at first, they only gave us one sandwich. Worse meal we’ve had in forever.

Pulled up to the door, couple of minutes to 10….doors locked …an employee opens the door and manager behind the counter screams GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU…. perhaps the hours should read lobby open till 9:45pm….good help is hard to find… time to start looking again….at any rate I won’t be patronizing your business again…..

I’ve visited this Arby’s location many times and never been disappointed. You might have to wait a little longer for your food, but that’s because it’s made fresh and not in advance and sitting under a heater like some other fast food restursunt do. My orders have always been accurate, tasty, and hot. The restaurant is always clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and accurate.
