I go to Arby’s to get their curly fries all the time. This was my first and last time at this location. The fries were hard, burnt & barely warm. I tasted one fry and threw the rest away. The staff that fixed my order knew that, I’m sure. They looked liked they could care less about this place. This was a simple order. Do better. No one wants to waste their hard earned money.

Will not be returning back to this location. They always get my drink wrong. Last time I asked for sweet tea and was given unsweet tea. Today, I asked for Minute Maid lemonade and it taste like straight up lemon water.

Nikki was the absolute best. We normally do not go to Arby’s, but we will be going back. She was more attentive to me and my kids than some 5 star restaurants we have dined in! So kind and genuine. We had the best experience because of her.

Not happy with my order. I ordered curly fries and an orange creamsicle shake. The fries where old , cold and chewy. The shake had way too much orange syrup in it and I could not drink it. Someone needs to train thier staff on making the shakes.

This place was awful! Go somewhere else. The shakes weren’t mixed all of the syrup was at the bottom. The fries were ice cold when they past them through the window and the beef and cheddar had almost no cheese on them. Awful experience. Now they’re asking for more of my time to fill out a survey and the link takes you no where. Forget about it. Just don’t go here the place stinks.

Paid with a card pulled forward like told to. Was given my food asked for reciept, was told in the bag. Not in bag. Went back to window was handed a totally different reciept. Stated if was charged more then on reciept on my card i wanted 20.00. Went up from window to esit for arbys password as told to. Was never given password. So used hotspot to go on bank acct. Bank account was 1.05 higher then reciept they gave me. Went inside 3rd time about this. Stated was higher then i was given receipt gor showed arbys charge. Was told 13 percent tax in that location. Highest i know of in sc is 10 percent. Weird i went to dunkin donuts same shopping canter maybe 1000 feet away and was only 8 percent tax. Same city.

Pretty disappointed in our experience at this restaurant. Management and staff was very friendly, but it’s easy to see that they’re understaffed. We placed an online order that was never fulfilled, when we arrived the sandwich or the side ordered wasn’t even available. Another side order of curly fries that we ordered in store contained half crinkle cut and half curly. Unfortunately our food was also cold.
