I ordered one of the most common items they sell. Roast beef with chedar. No chedar on the sandwitch. They robbed me of however much the 4 piece of mozzarella sticks are. (Never got them) I’m giving up on fast food for a few years until they come out with robotics that can do a better job than a human unfortunately.

Have gone here a couple times. The first time not the best. Second time sucked even more. Fries were Luke warm at best and sandwich was straight up cold. maybe they’re telepathic and knew I was coming weeks ago and had my food ready since then. Only explanation.

High prices for sorry food. Arby’s use to be really good. Today I order a double roast beef sandwich and large curly fries. Got Two single and a small fries. Food was burnt . The guy that waited on me looked like he just woke up or was on something. You have lost a long time customer. I won’t be back. At one time I would recommend you to everyone. Not any more.

In general while I like Arbys and have eaten at many this one Is different it does not carry the full menu an none of the seasonal specials. This shop is the new fast food model, small and serves its base, no frills, minimum customer interaction

Today on our way to a 3:00 event, we went through the drive thru to pick up a quick lunch. While the young man on the speaker was very polite, we were concerned when he asked us to pull up so they could cook our food. Sounds more like a slow food establishment. It’s 1:31 pm, and the parking lot was not full. We ordered food for four people- he read back food for four people, but we only received food for three people. They must have noticed what a tight knit family we were because we only got enough napkins for two very neat eaters. After letting them know we were short on our order, they seemed confused and we had to repeat ourselves a few times. I check our receipt and we had paid for food for four combos, so we waited for them to bring us the rest of our food. Finally, it arrived and after checking the bag to make sure we indeed received what we ordered, we were on our way. It shouldn’t be this complicated!

Stopped in this location today for the first and last time. In two 1/2 lb. sandwiches there was not one regular slice of roast beef. My bigger issue is that since the dining room is not open, I did not discover this mess until I got home. When I called as to why I got 8 ounces of slicer scraps, I was asked to return the sandwiches. When the manager saw this, her comment was “The slicer is not working properly” to which I responded, “Did the slicer assemble these sandwiches?” This should have never been served! I can say I will NEVER visit this location again. Very poor service and a huge waste of time today. If this is what Arby’s is now serving, they have lost a good customer.

This is going to sound like a very odd review .. but for being pretty slow and always understaffed, this place does a really good job. If I go at lunch time there’s usually two people working; one at the drive thru and one cooking. The people always explain they’re short staffed and apologize for the wait. It’s like you have your own personal cook making only your sandwich and your container of fries right as you order it. You may sit there waiting a few. It’s like they can only handle taking and making one order at a time, but that being said, it’s always fresh and correct. I can’t be mad at them. One girl is really friendly one doesn’t say much, but I’m glad they still come to work even though most people probably get mean with them.

This place was great! Door dash messed up my order and they were happy to resolve this issue. They gave me my items that the driver didn’t grab and was apologetic for the driver’s incompetence. The general manager here was very helpful.

The staff are courteous, helpful, and kind. It’s not their fault that they are understaffed. The employees that work there all deserve raises for having to put up with what they put up with. The 10 commandments are on the wall and the owners of this Arby’s should take those into account and make sure they pay their staff a living wage and that their staff are treated well.

Waited for twenty minutes in the drive thru. The car in front of me got into a screaming match with the drive thru operator. Back and for expletives we’re exchanged. I left.
