Ordered the 2 for 7 beef and cheddar and cheese sticks. Plus 6 reg roast beef. All the sandwiches were just reg roast beef. Didn’t find this out until I got home.

I visited this location on a Friday night around 8 PM. My fiancé and I ordered a roast beef sandwich, combo and a fish sandwich combo. We spent a total of $18 and some change. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food because they were frying my fish fresh, which isn’t a bad thing, however when we got our meals, the fries tasted like they had been fried in old grease. They had a very staled taste and smell to them. I drove back around only for them to give me the exact same fries again. It was evident that they weren’t remade because it took the manager every bit of two minutes to grab them and come back to the window. There was no type of empathy expressed towards me for the situation. I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I will not be returning to this Arby’s location.

Could hardly wait to try the new garlic ribeye sandwich. It looked fabulous. I usually love Arby’s my favorite fast food. But today I was so disappointed. I had to wait 10min because everyone was in the back doing whatever, no one person up front I had to yell, hello, anyone here, hello not once, not twice but the third time, hello at top of my lungs can anyone take a order. Finally young man came forward, never looked at me, took my order, and then the big disappointment came. I got my sandwich it looked like someone sat on it. The curling fries were semi warm, wow, very disappointed in my favorite fast food. I hope this isn’t going to be the new trend there.

I have been to this Arby’s many times. It always sucks and I always tell myself I won’t be back. A few months pass and I think maybe there are new workers, maybe a new manager… every time I reminded of why I don’t come here often. This is the last time, I will not be back. The service is terrible, they up charge for lemonade, my buns and fires are soggy… if you decide to give them a shot, good luck!

It’s Arby’s. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to say about it. Why are you even reading the reviews of a fast food establishment? If you’ve been to any Arby’s, then you probably have a good estimation of what this one is like. If you liked your past visits to Arby’s, chances are that you’re going to like your current visit to it. So just go, stop reading chain restaurant reviews and go.
