Well where do I begin with today’s fastfood experience. I ordered a smokehouse brisket combo with crinkle fries & tea because their co2 was down 2 Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich only order of crinkle cut fries and a Hawaiian chicken with no sauce sandwich only bill was $41.35. the girl was really nice caught the guys preparing the food about to put sauce on the chicken and said no sauce. Got the food checked the fries to make sure they fresh and told the girl thank you and to tell the guys in the back thank you for preparing the food. Drive home about 20 min give wife & daughter their fish sandwich expecting rave reviews for picking up dinner tonight. Well to my utter amazement my daughter comes and asks what kind of sandwich I got her told her fish sandwich and she says sarcastically aren’t you supposed to put fish on a fish sandwich. Then to make it even better wife has no fish on her sandwich. Got to love you some Arby’s ( WE HAVE THE MEATS) sure don’t have the fishes!

Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ARBYS! We love the food! Tonight I stopped by the Cranium Drive location and had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with James at the drive through. I accidentally drove away with only half my order! ♀️ When I came back for it 20 minutes later (we do not live close!), James remade my order so it would be fresh and hot! This young man needs a raise! He is absolutely the most polite and professional fast food worker I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you James for a super Arby’s experience! We will definitely be back because of you!

My wife and I went through the drive through to get food for our selves and son. The lady taking order was just rude from the start. She asked what we wanted and my wife said a beef & cheddar combo. Then the lady said to hold on. My wife didn’t hear her so she asked the lady to repeat. She said I told you to hold on and wait. Then she said they’re out of cheese sauce. Then we just ordered a regular roast beef with fries. I got 2 beef sliders plain no cheese. Then it still came with sliced cheese and the chicken sandwich I ordered with no mayo or tomato. I got it and it had 4 tomato slices and a huge spoonful of mayo. She did that out of spite. I just through the food in the trash as I was leaving the parking lot. So it cost me about $25 dollars to realize this location is trash and the lady was not a good person at all. As for the other workers I feel sorry for them because her additude and spiteful actions reflect on them and the business. I will never go back.
